When you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by your dedicated treatment co-ordinator who will be awaiting your arrival.
She will then escort you up to our private consultation suite, where you will be offered a refreshment from our drinks menu.
She will then discuss all your concerns with you, to establish your present concerns, aims of treatment and any other relevant information.
You will then be escorted to your dental surgery, where your dentist and dental nurse will be expecting you.
Your dentist will have an informal chat with you first, to find out more about you and your concerns. Then, a full comprehensive examination will be carried out and relevant digital x-rays will be recorded.
A full set of detailed clinical photographs will be recorded and shown to you on a large plasma screen. This will help you understand and accurately see any problems in the mouth.
Normally our dentists are able to give you a detailed treatment plan and options during this first appointment. The dentist and treatment co-ordinator will go over all treatment options, costs, time scales and other information you need to ensure you are fully aware and understand the proposed treatment. If the case is of a more complex nature, we may book you in for another consultation appointment as soon as possible
Your treatment co-ordinator will then guide you to the reception desk, where we will find a convenient time that fits around your busy schedule for your next appointment.
